At Burlington Area Family Practice Center we believe in giving back to the community which provides so much for us. Each year our staff gives freely of their time, talent, and treasures for worthy local causes. While our emphasis is with community health efforts, we also help support numerous community school fundraisers and non-profit youth organizations. Pictured at left, Burlington Area Family Practice Center staff form a human chain to move over 3,000 food items for transport to the Burlington YMCA's Battered Women's Shelter food pantry.
